Contacting the studio
The optional email form prepares a message in your browser using the details you enter: arrangement, name, email, organization or website, and project brief. These details are not sent to our servers or stored in a database. Choosing to open the email passes the draft to your own email application, and nothing is sent until you press Send.
Messages you send
When you send an email, it is handled by your email provider and received in the studio mailbox, where it is used only to reply to and discuss your inquiry. Please avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information.
Exercises and explorer
Answers to the exercise and the opportunity explorer stay in your browser on the current page and are cleared when the page is reloaded. They are not included in site usage information. A result is copied into an email draft only if you choose to discuss it.
Site usage information
The site may record a small number of usage events, such as starting or completing the explorer, clicking a contact link or preparing an email draft, together with the page language and section. These events do not include names, email addresses or entered answers. Like any website, the hosting platform also processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages.
Fonts and cookies
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the technical data needed to deliver them, including your IP address. The site's own features do not set advertising cookies and do not store your answers in your browser's storage.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your correspondence with the studio by writing to rafik@rivemontstudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
