Founder-led digital product studio · Paris

We design and build digital products that help people learn, teach and get things done.

For educators, training organizations, online schools, creators, coaches and businesses with a clear learning or practical need. From student resources to interactive tools: a fixed-fee project, or a product partnership when there is a fit.

Services

Useful products, built around a clear brief.

We research, scope, design, build, test and deliver. The format follows the people using it and the problem it needs to solve.

Learner products

Student resources, worksheets, practice exercises and assessment banks that support a specific learning goal.

Instructor & team resources

Instructor guides, onboarding systems and resource libraries that make knowledge easier to use and maintain.

Interactive tools & experiences

Educational apps, practical calculators, course companions and digital experiences with a focused purpose.

Ways of working

Commission a product. Or build one together.

Two main arrangements, with a clear written agreement before production.

Fixed-fee project

  • For organizations and individuals commissioning a defined product.
  • A fixed price is negotiated per scope after discovery, based on deliverables and complexity. No public price list.
  • Scope, review stages, handover and rights are agreed in writing.

Product partnership

  • For suitable creators or educators with expertise, audience access and active promotion.
  • Rivemont contributes research, production and agreed launch operations; you contribute expertise and approvals.
  • Both earn from actual sales under negotiated written revenue-sharing terms. No fixed split or sales result is promised.

Tailored or hybrid work is possible when the project calls for a different combination.

Studio samples

Small examples. Real attention to detail.

Try a short Excel self-check, explore a product idea, or inspect a resource-library concept. Each shows a different part of our approach.

Working studio sample

Excel formula essentials

English Excel syntax, comma separator. Your answers stay in this page.

1. A1 is 8 and A2 is 12. What does =SUM(A1:A2) return?
2. Which reference keeps both column A and row 1 fixed when copied?
3. B2 is 70. What does =IF(B2>=50,"Pass","Retry") return?
4. A1 is 10 and A2 is 20. What does =AVERAGE(A1:A2) return?
5. C1 contains 5, C2 contains text and C3 is empty. What does =COUNT(C1:C3) return?

Five Excel formula questions with explanations for every answer. No account, no score history.

Instructor resource library

Interface concept

Put teaching resources in one clear place.

A static concept for organizing worksheets, assessment material and instructor guidance.

Product opportunity explorer

Give an idea a useful starting shape.

A preliminary product direction, format and demand-test suggestion. This tool explores speculative ideas; it does not validate demand.

Find a product direction

Explore a learning or practical problem for a possible product.

Process

A clear brief. A considered build.

  1. 01

    Discover

Discuss your users, objectives, existing material and constraints. We clarify the need before proposing a scope and quote.

  2. 02

    Agree in writing

Set deliverables, fees or partnership terms, responsibilities, rights and project stages. For speculative products, agree on demand tests where appropriate.

  3. 03

    Build & review

We develop and test the product, with agreed review points and your approval. Scope changes are discussed, not silently added.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Handover, documentation and any agreed support are defined in the scope. Launch operations are included only when agreed; schedules are negotiated for each project.

FAQ

Before we begin.

How is the project fee scoped?

After discovery, we propose a fixed scope and project fee based on the deliverables, complexity and review needs. Changes are agreed separately.

What are the stages and timeline?

Discovery, written scope, production and reviews, then delivery. The schedule and any launch work are negotiated for the project, not promised in advance.

Who owns the product?

Content, product rights, usage permissions and handover terms are set out in the written agreement before production.

Can we work in English or French?

Yes. We can discuss and develop projects in English or French, with the language and editorial requirements agreed in the brief.

How do product partnerships work?

We assess fit, then agree responsibilities, costs, rights and revenue-sharing calculations in writing. You contribute expertise, approval and active promotion. Demand testing is used where appropriate for speculative products, not as a blanket requirement for commissioned work.

Do you use AI in production?

We may use AI-assisted tools for some tasks, with human review. Before work begins, we agree which tools are used and how your material is handled.
